Welcome to Desert Sands Homeowners Association
The purpose of the Desert Sands Homeowners Association, a non-profit mutual benefit Corporation, is to protect and preserve the individual homeowner's property value and the residents' right to the quiet enjoyment of their home. We also foster and assist in maintaining communications between residents', homeowners and the management of the Desert Sands Mobile Home Community.
We also sponsor and coordinate community activities and social events for residents and guests.
